    Macintosh Systems Administrator: Working with a 3-person team to support 250+ Mac
    desktop computers for the San Francisco SITE IS division. Duties include managing
    WAN IP addresses, testing and implementation of cross-platform (NT, WIN95 and MacOS)
    email and LAN-management software, configuration and delivery of many new Mac
    high-end graphic computers to Design/Publishing groups, installation and support of
    various network servers and applications, and support for various
    inter/intranet development teams.

    TRANSAX /EQUIFAX EUROPE, Birmingham, England, Apr. 95 - Sept. 96
    IS Network Manager: Manage staff of six network techs who support a mixed Macintosh &
    PC WAN with sites in Scotland, London, B'ham, Paris, Australia and New Zealand.
    Responsible for all microcomputer software and hardware, eight Novell 3.1.2 servers,
    QuickMail PO's at four sites and remote access at others, AT&T Internet gateways, direct
    Internet access for multiple users, Transax and Vivat Web homepages. Support over 350
    users worldwide, linked by Kilostream, ISDN and dial-up connections to ICL mainframe,
    UNIX and Novell systems in Birmingham, UK and Adelaide, Australia. Focus on
    Internet/Web presence, including interactive WWW homepages, and remote worldwide
    email access for travelling execs. Designed/delivered LANs for offices in Paris, London,
    and Worcester. Participated in Change Control and Reengineering efforts by Equifax.

    Technical Support Analyst: Wide-ranging position encompassing responsibility for a 250-
    user Macintosh LAN. Set up and maintain servers for Email, fileshareing, and printing.
    Proposed, implemented and supported remote and onsite messaging for both Windows and
    Mac users in numerous offices in three states. Supported desktop publishing of montlhy
    Motorland magazine, including modem transmission of files to publisher, as well as various
    smaller in-house publications and CSAA's Graphics and Cartographics units. Worked with
    Novell 4.x and IBM LAN server and OS/2 LAN server on Token Ring LAN for 5000 PC
    users. Heavily involved in Reengineering planning for IS Division and Change Control.

    BRANDON SYSTEMS CORP, Foster City, USA Dec. 91 - July 92
    MIS Support: Upgraded, repaired, installed and networked parts of Applied BioSystem's
    1500-user Mac and PC LAN-WAN. Did software and hardware troubleshooting,
    specializing in Mac System 7 upgrades. Some Ethernet LAN wiring and controller work.

    WELLS FARGO, San Francisco, USA Nov. 84 - Jan. 91
    Operations Analyst/Tech Writer: Wrote and updated procedures for Well's ATM banking
    center, including Tandem tape libraries and Macintosh peripherials. Managed datacenter
    Change Control, and authored quarterly reports and proposals for the Operations Analysis
    group, including downsizing Email to microcomputer LAN from mainframe terminal
    systems. Trained in both Tandem and IBM systems.
